Alteration and repair service

We develop our clothing for the ski slope. That is why we want our collection to fit you perfectly and gladly accept your individual alteration requests. In our studios in Switzerland, Austria and the USA we gladly bring trouser and sleeve lengths to your individual measurement and also regulate other fit problems. Everything is not always possible, but we will always try to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Our products are designed so that they give you pleasure over the course of years and also withstand a stress test lasting for years. But if a seam ever tears, the zip is defective or the edge of a ski has cut into the material, we can provide a remedy with our exclusive repair service. For this purpose we keep in stock the materials and ingredients of all our products from all seasons in our studios. We will try our best to accommodate your needs, but please remember that some repairs may not be possible.

Mountain Force appreciates precise and premium workmanship. We guarantee two years for Mountain Force produced articles regarding material and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover replacement as a result of incorrect use, normal wear, tear or fading as a result of UV exposure and damage caused by external factors such as ski edges. In such cases we can offer a professional repair service at the customer's expense. In the case of a guarantee the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Chargeable repairs as well as warranty cases are handled by specialist retailers. Please return your Mountain Force product to the retailer you bought it. Your specialist retailer will take over shipping to Mountain Force for you and will coordinate everything with the customer service.
